Driving in Turkey is an easy, safe, and very practical way to see the many aspects of the country. For touring vacations, having an independent means of travel allows you to stop wherever you want, as well as the convenience of being able to visit places not serviced by public transport. Even if you have already booked a beach resort holiday, having a car for just a few days adds another dimension to your vacation. Most people are accustomed to having the convenience of a car at home, our pre-booked weekly rates and longer term special deals, make having a car for the duration of your holiday an economical proposition. Our standard prices include local delivery, full car insurance, unlimited mileage and tax. A valid national drivers license issued in your country of residence is required, an international drivers license or translated copy is NOT required in Turkey. We have our own fleet of cars available from our home base in Bodrum, available at special local rates. In other areas of Turkey we make arrangements with the most practical and economical local carhire company, including all the internationally recognized car rental companies. For some rentals of 7 days or more, we make no additional charge if the vehicle is picked-up and dropped-off in different locations. One way drop-off charges for shorter period rentals may also be waived if the car is rented as part of an overall package that includes travel, accommodation or other arrangements. Prices may vary during public holiday periods. SPECIAL: Reduced rates for long term rentals, details on request.

Coach Services Inter-City

Turkey has a very efficient luxury coach service operating between all major cities. Most long distance services are overnight. We recommend just two companies that provide a high standard of service and have a good safety record. Modern non-smoking coaches, reclining seats, WC, regular stops, on-board refreshments and steward service make overnight journeys and longer routes very comfortable. An economical alternative to flying, overnight coaches also save on a nights accommodation. In the larger cities of Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, the main coach station is out-of-town, all intercity-services include FREE shuttle bus services between the main coach terminal and their city center offices. There are many bus companies in Turkey offering very frequent local coach services. For these journeys (up to 400Kms), it is not necessary, and often not possible, to book until arrival at the local bus station (Otogar). NOTE: We are only able to accept reservations for COACH SERVICES booked in conjunction with reservations for accommodation, yacht charters or as part of a customized tour.
